The warm weather and sunshine here in Florida attract quite the cauldron of cultures. And that kind of melting pot certainly boils over with delicious International cuisines. I’ve tasted everything from true Napoli style pizza from an Italian-born chef in Amelia Island, to comforting colcannon and sticky toffee pudding made by an Irish chef in Orlando. And that’s just to name a few.
Then there’s Miami with it’s mouth watering cafecitos, tostones, and papa rellenas. Ah, yes, the Cuban culture is alive and well there. But did you know that you can also get authentic French pastries in Miami? Ooh la la! C’est tres bien!
