VIDEO: A Day At Discovery Cove

I recently had an experience that enabled me to let my mind relax and hush the constant hum of to-do’s, taking my time moment-by-moment. It’s rare to have an excuse to feel like a kid again — to tie back your hair, put away the makeup, slather on some sunscreen, and relax and play all day.  I locked away my phone, emails, and obligations and took the opportunity to focus on some fun.  Disconnected from the internet and the world, I grabbed my GoPro to capture some of the underwater adventure. Here’s a peek at what’s it’s like to unwind at Discovery Cove.  I feel chilled out every time I watch this video.

Disclosure:  My visit to Discovery Cove was comped.  However, all thoughts, opinions, and enthusiasm for the experience are entirely my own.
