In a large bowl add butter, sugar and brown sugar and with a hand mixer mix the until butter is light in fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Then add egg to butter mixture and mix.
Next add lemon juice and zest and mix. Then, in a medium bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and whisk together. Add mixture to butter mixture and mix together until flour is incorporated.
Gently fold in the fresh raspberries into the lemon batter mixture using a spatula or spoon. The vibrant color and burst of flavor will take your bars to the next level!
Fold batter into baking pan and press out evenly. Bake bars for 30-35 minutes.
While bars are baking mix glaze in a small bowl. Add powdered sugar to bowl, add lemon juice to loosen to glaze consistency. Add raspberry jam and mix.
