    Breakfast

    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! And after running a B&B for 5 years, it is certainly one of my favorite meals. We even enjoy breakfast for dinner sometimes.

    From our weekday go-to of hearty and delicious microwave oatmeal, to a more indulgent weekend French toast bake or easy homemade cinnamon rolls, we have loads of breakfast recipes for you to try.

    Our most popular breakfast recipe to-go is our Nova Scotia oatcakes recipe (they make a nice snack too). You'll also love some the hearty southern style grits.

    And for a lighter morning, I recommend our green smoothie for when you need an energy boost (I nicknamed it my "jetlag juice" since it's my favorite post-travel smoothie recipe) or the Keto Salsa Egg Bake.
